Hello!
I am a bilingual clinical mental health supervisee and aspiring doctoral researcher.

I have a diverse range of experience working with clients of all ages, using a variety of theoretical perspectives in individual and group therapy settings. In addition, I have provided counseling services for the Portuguese-speaking population.
My areas of special interest include coercive control education, relational trauma, abuse recovery, PTSD, and narcissism. I am a passionate social justice advocate for victim-survivors of domestic violence. I am skilled in multicultural concerns, identity development, anxiety, addiction, and personality disorders.

I am also a committee chair leader for the international counseling honor society for the Chi Sigma Iota - Mu Chi Alpha chapter at Messiah University.
